RepairQ 1.1.4 release is now live! This release features:
- A new “Ticket Properties” button on the ticket view page where a manager can change the status, assignee, or final resolution. This means you can now revert ticket statuses and reopen closed tickets – only the manager has permissions to this feature.
- You can now search by SKU in the catalog
- Fixed last issues with ticket print totals
- Added promised by to ticket print
- Improved the Inventory Valuation report(s)
- Added a “no sale” button so that a manger can open the cash drawer easily from any page
- A few other minor bug fixes and enhancements

We are careful not to release anything that will cause problems with your RepairQ installation, but if you feel that we have messed something up then please submit a support ticket and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
