New President appointed by ServiceCentral Board of Directors

ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of service management software solutions, appoints Steve Teel as President. 

May 1, 2007 — ServiceCentral Technologies, a leading supplier of software solutions for service chain management, today announced the appointment of Steve Teel as President of the growing service management solutions company. Teel previously was Executive Vice President of Business Development. Former president, Dan O’Hara, has accepted a role with the board of directors and will continue in a consulting role with the Company.

Teel has been with ServiceCentral since 2000, serving primarily in business development and senior sales roles. He brings a diverse background in information technology, software development and business development. For the past 20 years he has held management positions with several high growth companies in the wireless industry, a primary vertical market for ServiceCentral.

Teel stated “I am very excited about leading ServiceCentral’s continued growth in the Telecommunications and Cellular industries while we expand our product marketing to other service focused industries. Our latest service management solution suite is expandable to any industry that tracks device service, returns and repairs.”

Before joining ServiceCentral, Teel was founder and president of SourceWireless.com, served as president of EPS Wireless, Inc. and was a Division President with Arch Wireless. He has also held management and IT roles with BellSouth Mobility, Bell Atlantic Paging and Medaphis Corporation. Teel holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Jacksonville State University.
