Quality One Wireless Implements ServiceCentral’s Service Management Software in China Facility

Quality One Wireless expands business to China with a new wireless handset service facility powered by ServiceCentral’s Service Management Software. 

January 20, 2010 — Today ServiceCentral Technologies announces that Quality One Wireless, an organization with focus in wireless sales, service and distribution, has expanded its use of ServiceCentral software to a new venture in China. The service and repair tracking software is used to manage the work performed within the China facility which includes the content cleansing and reflashing of wireless handsets. ServiceCentral’s progressive workflow management engine, data integrity rules and expansive reporting features were critical elements in securing this new line of business for Quality One Wireless.

Quality One Wireless has been using ServiceCentral’s service and repair management software in its Orlando based authorized service center since 2007 to track and report on the repair and refurbishment of handsets for their clients which include carriers and manufactures.
