ServiceCentral Partners with RSAP

ServiceCentral announces partnership with Retail Solutions Asia-Pacific for implementation support in the Asia-Pacific region.

 November 15, 2012 — ServiceCentral has signed an agreement with Retail Solutions Asia-Pacific (RSAP) to provide system implementation and consulting services for clients of ServiceCentral in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement also provides for RSAP to offer ServiceCentral’s after-sales service management solutions to its clients throughout the region.

RSAP, established in 2004, provides independent information technology and business consulting services to Australian and New Zealand-based organizations in the retail, wholesale / distribution and light manufacturing sectors.
